People that LIKE slowing down traffic and looking at accidents should move to the lane closest to the accident. That way they get a better look, and those of us who don't care to look and just want to get to work on time can use the other lane with ease. Come on people. If we all spread the word, maybe it will catch on. You know like moving out of the way for emergency vehicles. Maybe I could get them to add this new policy to defensive driving videos. Everyone ends up watching them at some point in their life.
